serviing those that go into harm's way
We have extensive experience crafting and presenting unique, powerful and trajectory altering training curriculums. It's not "Monkey See, Monkey Do" over here. It's innovation, process improvement and delivery beyond expectations.

Instructor & operator courses
We understand that time can be your most precious and scarce resource.
Progressive Combat Solutions understand the need for flexibility in order to best serve those we interact with. Administrators and Training Department Heads will need to decide whether or not an Operator or Instructor level course is most appropriate for the agency based on available personnel, budget, facilities and overall time management.
Operator Courses
These are courses that are specifically designed to get the "rank & file" to a higher level of proficiency in the most efficient manner possible. These are individuals that need the skills, but are not earmarked to present & pass on the skills to others in a teaching capacity.
Beyond the acquisition of new skills, Instructors obviously need to be able to convey new ideas, techniques and training methodologies to those they are responsible to teach. In order to successfully accomplish that objective, our team will need additional time to work those selected to perform in that role.
Instructor courses include PowerPoint Presentations and additional instructional guides to be passed on upon completion of the Course of Instruction.
